Join Taylor and The Cade along with the Richmond Township Library for a Halloween Party at the Richmond Township Hall from 12pm-4pm on October 27th, at 100 Smith Street in Palmer. Games, Crafts, Prizes and Treats. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Sensory room with quiet, fun activities will be available too!
